Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy: All orders will ship by 12/19.

Local Pickup Policy: If you live in the New Orleans area and select "local pickup" at checkout, we will contact you within 24 hours to set up a pickup time. 

Return/Exchange Policy: If something is amiss with your order (wrong color or item received, item incurred damage during shipping) we will gladly exchange or replace the item. If we are replacing the item, we will need photos to verify & assist us in quality control. We are happy to exchange, but do not accept returns. You may email us with any questions.
