Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, orders will be shipped out on Mondays & Fridays. If there is a pressing need to get the items ASAP please shoot us an email and we will work with you to get your order out for the next business day. We will keep this page up to date as our policies change. 

Local Pickup Policy: If you live in the New Orleans area and select "local pickup" at checkout, we will contact you within 48 hours to set up a pickup time. 

Return/Exchange Policy: If something is amiss with your order (wrong color or item received, item incurred damage during shipping) we will gladly exchange or replace the item. If we are replacing the item, we will need photos to verify & assist us in quality control. We are happy to exchange, but do not accept returns. You may email us with any questions.
